When placing your order, make sure that your image(s) meets these requirements. Digital photos: Photo must be in JPEG, Bitmap or TIFF format. Image size must be 1024 x 768 pixels or larger. If using a scanner: Scan your image at 400 DPI. Scan at 150% enlargement. Photo must be in JPEG, Bitmap or Tiff format. Mail orders: Simply print out our order form, fill it out, and mail with the labeled photo and payment to: Contessa Bags 40 Central Avenue Salinas, California 93901	Photo Tip The more space around the subject of the photo the better. This allows room to make the image fit the best way possible. Plainer backgrounds whereby the subject is the obvious focus of the photograph look the best.
General guidelines: All photos must be 8" x 10" or smaller. Please do not send negatives or originals of irreplaceable photographs. Contessa will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged photographs however; every attempt will be made to return original photographs with your order. The color and tones of the finished bag or pillow may vary slightly. Your image may be cropped in order to fit on the handbag. Contessa retains all rights to the design of the products, and photographs of these products may appear in marketing campaigns and website. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. All orders are non-refundable. By placing an order, purchaser confirms that they own the rights or have permission to duplicate photos and its subject and agrees to indemnify Contessa for any claims to the contrary.
